Scope once. Let trusted providers compete.
Post once. Let providers compete.
Post your project
Describe what you need: scope, timeline, and budget. A short public teaser is visible to matched providers; the full details stay confidential until a provider signs an NDA.
Compare competing proposals
Matched, vetted providers sign an NDA and submit proposals with milestones and pricing. Review them side by side and message providers with questions.
Award and sign
Pick the proposal that fits. Both sides sign a services agreement, and work proceeds milestone by milestone. You approve each delivery as it lands.
Win work that fits your lab.
Apply and get vetted
Create your organization profile: capabilities, service categories, and any accreditations you hold. Our team reviews new providers before you can bid.
Get matched and sign an NDA
We surface projects that match your service categories. Sign the project NDA to unlock the full brief, then decide whether to bid.
Propose and deliver
Submit a proposal with milestones and pricing. If you're awarded the work, sign the agreement and deliver milestone by milestone.
Frequently asked questions
- What does it cost?
- synapcyte is currently free to use as a connector between buyers and providers. Services are negotiated and paid directly between the two parties, off-platform.
- How is confidential information protected?
- A project's full details are only revealed to a provider after they sign the project's non-disclosure agreement. Providers agree to use your information solely to evaluate and, if selected, perform your project.
- Are providers vetted?
- New providers apply and are reviewed by our team before they can submit proposals. Review is not a guarantee of outcome, so buyers should still do their own due diligence.
- Who can sign up?
- Research buyers (academic labs, institutions, and companies) can sign up and post projects directly. Providers such as CROs and core facilities apply and are reviewed before bidding.
- Is synapcyte a party to my agreement?
- No. Any NDA or services agreement is between the buyer and the provider. synapcyte provides the tools and templates but is not a party to those agreements and is not legal advice.
